We know that it's hard as you get older to stay mobile. You have changing fitness needs after age 55. As a veteran, you might also have some lingering issues from your time serving that can be an additional challenge. We are here to help. We understand these challenges. Our owner, Ron Holland, is a retired Master Sergeant and SWAT Team Commander from the United States Air Force, and a combat veteran of the Vietnam war. He and his team of certified personal trainers have been helping people get healthy, fit, and strong since 1990.
We want to help all of you - if you are in shape and want to stay that way, great! If it's been a while and you need to start over, we can help you as well. We have training programs and methodologies for all levels of physical fitness.
