You're never on your own

At Tucson Transformation Gym, we are a fitness community focused on living well, eating clean, and serving others. We believe in hard work, intensity, friendly competition, and motivation. We provide you with a daily workout which we call the "Workout of the Day" and highly qualified and Certified Personal Trainers and fitness professionals to assist you through them every time, so you're never left alone, wondering what to do, or how to do it.

So like our name says - we're more than just a gym. We're a training and transformation facility where you'll get instruction and assistance - designed to get you looking and feeling better than you have in years.

Nothing but the best

Our trainers are nationally certified with advanced training in kettlebells, and are also certified by the prestigious RKC (Russian Kettlebell Challenge). In addition, they are trained in boot camp methods, Olympic lifting, nutrition, and endurance. Take all that and throw in that they're great people, and you know you're getting the best.

Ron Holland

Owner and Founder

Ron Holland is a retired Master Sergeant and SWAT Team Commander from the United States Air Force, and has been in the fitness industry since the early 1990s. He is a combat veteran of the Vietnam war.

In 1993, Holland decided to pursue fitness full-time. Having made fitness training an integral part of his past two careers, it seemed the obvious next step to follow his calling.

Will Valenzuela

Will Valenzuela

Co-owner, Certified Personal Trainer, CrossFit®, IKFF Kettlebell Instructor, and RKC level 2

Will is one of the only RKC Level 2 Trainers in Arizona. He is CrossFit Level 1 Certified, and is a certified personal trainer by the National Strength and Conditioning Association and a CKT (Certified Kettlebell Teacher) through IKFF. He is a certified personal trainer by the National Strength and Conditioning Association and a CKT (Certified Kettlebell Teacher) through IKFF.

Joel Garcia

Joel Garcia

Certified Personal Trainer, CrossFit®, IKFF Kettlebell Instructor, injury free running, and sandbag training

Joel is a graduate of the University of Arizona and holds certifications in CrossFit and kettlebells as well as sandbag training and injury free running. Joel is a great motivator and gives 100% effort to each and every one of his clients.

Jen Auble

BA health and wellness, CrossFit® Level I Trainer, certified nutrition coach, whole health and wellness coach

Jen is an Air Force Veteran, holds a bachelor’s degree in Health and Wellness, and is a CF-LV1 trainer. She is a huge advocate of Whole Health and is passionate about helping others achieve their personal greatness.

Johnny Carrizosa

Johnny Carrizosa

Certified Personal Trainer, CrossFit® Level I Trainer

Johnny is a graduate of the University of Arizona. He has trained with, and worked under numerous kettlebell, power lifting, and Olympic lifting coaches. This knowledge and experience has allowed Johnny the ability to train clients of all levels, from beginners to competitive athletes.

April Aguilar

April Aguilar

PCC Certified in Human Anatomy, Certified in YogaFit® Level I: Foundations and YogaFit® Level II: Communication

April currently works as an Administrative Assistant to an on-site occupational health clinic and has worked in the Tucson medical field for over 14 years. She holds a PCC Certification in Human Anatomy, as well as two Certifications in Beth Shaw's YogaFit® teaching program Level I: Foundations and Level II: Communication.
