Only include the heaviest 1 rep, do not include sets prior to it.2x AMRAP 7 mins: Sprints, Kettlebell Swings, Kb Goblet Lunges and Strict Pull-ups: For 2 cycles: AMRAP in 7 mins of: Sprint, 100 m 15 Kettlebell Swings, 53/35 lbs 10 Kb Goblet Lunges, 53/35 lbs 5 Strict Pull-ups Rest 2 mins between each cycle. For each cycle restart the AMRAP.
