Our Training:
A 12 week total body transformation

Our 12 week total body transformation program is intended for people who are serious about change. The transformation is an intense cardio, nutrition and weight training program that will transform your body and get you in the best shape of your life. All we ask of you is to commit to 3 sessions per week in our training facility for 3 months, and follow our recommendations and guidelines for success.

We'll work with you to implement a comprehensive, personalized nutrition, weight training, and aerobic/cardiovascular conditioning program that is results-oriented and customized for you.

Group training

Our group training programs emphasize scaled exercises to fit the fitness level of all participants. We have a unique philosophy and approach to fitness: getting results through scalable, functional fitness training that helps maintain a better, healthier and fitter quality of life.

You'll get top-notch fitness training with intense, fast-moving workouts designed to improve your total level of fitness. We keep the variety up, so you'll never know what you're going to get on any given day. Our transformation program promises to get you in shape and transform your body fast.

Boot Camp

Looking to get stronger, fitter, and healthier? Then Boot Camp is for you. Led by one of our professionally certified instructors, you'll get a challenging 45-60 minute workout designed to test your limits (no matter your fitness level) and push your personal boundaries of what's possible. Each workout is different, and can include kettle bells, free weights, jump ropes, and your own body weight for resistance.

Code R.E.D.

Unlock your potential with Code R.E.D., a high-intensity interval training class designed to keep you moving fast for 45-60 minutes. Working with treadmills, core boards, and kettle bells keeps your heart rate up throughout the class, with small periods of medium intensity for recovery. You'll work yourself hard in Code R.E.D., and find that you're capable of much more than you thought.

StrengthCON

Strength and conditioning is the focus here. StrengthCON is built on WODs (Workouts of the Day) to get you in shape fast. The classes are centered around using weights and traditional conditioning exercises such as running. One of our professionally certified trainers leads every class and helps you get the results you want with a high intensity and rewarding workout.

Yoga

Come join us for Saturday Yoga! A more peaceful and quiet time for you to experience all the benefits of this age-old exercise. This class is included in all group memberships.


Personal training

With one-on-one personal training in our private fitness training studios, you'll benefit from individual supervision from one of our professionally qualified and certified Tucson personal trainers, and you'll do it at your convenience at days and times that fit your schedule.

How can personal training benefit you?

While our group training is the best you can get, there are real benefits to a personal trainer that you just can't get in group. Specifically:

30 minute express sessions

If you are short on time, or the 12 week total body transformation sounds a bit intense to start off with, then our 30 minute express training sessions are for you. You'll get the benefits of 1-on-1 time with one of our Certified Personal Trainers, who will give you an effective full body strength training workout in exchange for just 30 minutes of your time.

Think 30 minutes isn't enough to change your life? You'll be thrilled at the changes you'll see with our high-intensity interval training. Our highly effective workouts keep you moving, and you'll be seeing results before you know it!



(A more modern) Boot Camp

Are you looking for a jump-start to your fitness program? Need some motivation? Could you use a little push and some friendly encouragement? Then Boot Camp is the fitness program for you!

Our Boot Camp is not what you would expect. Instead, it's a fitness program that offers instruction, nutritional counseling and motivational training - packed with fun and energizing activities designed to help you reach your fitness goals.

Whether you are a beginner, an avid fitness enthusiast or are just tired of the same old routine, come try this whole new approach to exercise...and have fun while you get fit!

Our Boot Camp programs are led by our Certified Personal Trainers. Boot Camp is a challenging, entertaining, and fun way to get and stay fit without the hassle of expensive equipment or long term commitments.
