Looking to get stronger, fitter, and healthier? Then Boot Camp is for you. Led by one of our professionally certified instructors, you'll get a challenging 45-60 minute workout designed to test your limits (no matter your fitness level) and push your personal boundaries of what's possible. Each workout is different, and can include running, rowing, kettlebells, free weights, jump ropes, and your own body weight for resistance.
Unlock your potential with Code R.E.D., a high-intensity interval training class designed to keep you moving fast for 45-60 minutes. Working with treadmills, core boards, and kettlebells keeps your heart rate up throughout the class, with small periods of medium intensity for recovery. You'll work yourself hard in Code R.E.D., and find that you're capable of much more than you thought.
Strength and conditioning is the focus here. StrengthCON is built on WODs (Workouts of the Day) to get you in shape fast. The classes are centered around using weights and traditional conditioning exercises such as running. One of our professionally certified trainers leads every class and helps you get the results you want with a high-intensity and rewarding workout.
